2. Choose your shopper
Pick the best offer and pay. Don't worry, Bringit will keep your payment safe while your personal shopper buys your item.
3. Meet up
Finally, your personal shopper travels to see you to hand over your item. When you're happy, we'll then release your payment to them. That's it!

We’re still getting started, but the Bringit community is growing day by day. Wherever there’s a Pinoy, there’s a potential personal shopper who could be waiting for your request.
Definitely. When you pay on Bringit (via card, GCash, bank deposit, etc), we’ll keep your payment safe, and we won’t immediately release it to your personal shopper. When you finally meet up with your personal shopper and had the chance to fully inspect your item, simply mark it as accepted on Bringit, and we will then process the release of your payment.
When you choose your personal shopper and agree to their offer, you’ll need to make your payment to make sure it’s not a bogus order. That way, your personal shopper can go ahead and purchase the item for you. But don’t worry, your payment is 100% safe with us – we won’t release it until you’ve received and inspected your item.
Bringit is a community of trust, so your item must be hand-delivered to you in person by the personal shopper. Deliveries by post, courier or proxy are not permitted.
When you submit an offer to a customer, you include a proposed “Tip” as payment for your service. You can negotiate this Tip with your customer until both parties are happy.
Yes you can. While we mostly cater to our Filipino brethren, everyone is welcome!
However, if you’re the personal shopper, you must have a Philippine bank account or a Gcash mobile number in order for us to pay you. We are working hard to expand our services soon to allow foreign bank accounts as well – watch this space.
